1) ALL BILLING IS DONE IN CAD $
The prices listed on XTC Fitness website are in CAD and are an accurate reflection of what will appear on your credit card statement. If you are living outside of Canada the prices listed on XTC Fitness are listed in Canadian and will be an approximation of what will be seen on your credit card or PayPal statements as exchange rates vary by the minute.
2) I AM UNABLE TO GET ANY SHIPPING ESTIMATE.
Please be sure you are entering your state/province AND postal/zip code. Both province/state and postal/zip codes are needed to estimate shipping properly. If you only enter a postal/zip code it will also need a province. You can also refresh the page to reset the form and start over entering your information again. 3) AFTER HITTING "SUBMIT YOUR ORDER" I RECEIVE A "GATEWAY ERROR" MESSAGE.
Gateway error messages indicate that the Credit Card information you have entered was either entered incorrectly or was declined. Many times people forget to use the proper billing address (the address associated to the PayPal account or Credit Card) or miss type the expiration date or card number. If all of your information is correct, but the card was declined this may be caused by a purchasing limit on your card, perhaps it was exceeded. This is also often the case. Another common reason is the Credit Card company has put a hold on the charge due to potential fraud. This is a security feature in Canada and as such may cause a Gateway Error message. 4) I CANNOT ADD ITEMS TO MY CART OR CHECK THEM OUT. WHEN I HIT "ADD TO CART" IT TAKES ME TO THE CART PAGE AND SAYS THAT MY CART IS EMPTY.

6) WHY IS THERE A FREE SHIPPING ICON DISPLAYED ON A PRODUCT, BUT WHEN I ADD THE UNIT TO MY CART IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?
Several of our products have a special free shipping icon noted on the lower right side of the product image. This Free Shipping Icon applies to Canadian residents only, some exclusions may apply for rural areas. Free shipping means you will not have to pay for any portion of the shipping, unless you have other items in your cart that do not have the free shipping icon associated to them. Any free shipping items will be excluded from shipping calculations, you will pay shipping only on additonal items not included in the free shipping promotion.
