MDUSA Sandbag Training SystemsThe MDUSA Sandbag System can be filled with combinations of sand "Filler" bags or with any combination of three slam balls. The Max weight of the XL shell is 110 Lbs of sand (three filler bags with 35 Lbs of Sand) or 150 Lbs of Slammer Balls (3* 50 Lb Slammer Balls). Due to their versatility, simplicity, and proven results Sandbags have become one of the most popular functional fitness tools out there. Sandbag training helps develop explosive power and strength in the lower, core, and upper body efficiently due to the instability of the load. MDUSA Sandbag systems can be used to create a multitude of functional workouts that includes movements such as cleans, overhead presses, weighted lunges or squats, and rotational pulls.
