Returns
You have within 10 business days to be eligible for a Return or Exchange with original receipt/proof of purchase.
All items must be:
- In its new and un-used condition
- Unaltered and damage-free
- In its original packaging
Apparel/Clothing:
Must be returned or exchanged with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
For hygiene purposes we will not accept returns or exchanges of items that have been worn.
Refunds
Once we receive your item you wish to return/exchange, we will inspect it thoroughly. If your item is approved, we will initiate the refund. Returns made in store are refunded back only to the original method of payment.
Returns made via online must be shipped back to and are refunded to the original payment method:

The buyer is responsible for return shipping, if the item was originally shipped for free, the buyer will be refunded the cost of the good less the shipping incurred by XTC Fitness Inc.

- Chalk
- Custom Made Goods
- Dumbbells, Weights, Kettlebells
- Jocks/Groin Protection
- Hats, Toques
- Rehband
- Singlets
- Smelling Salts
- Special Order Rubber Flooring Items including tiles and rubber rolls
- XTC Gear Racks and Benches as well as items that are made to order.
- On SALE Hypervolts
