The most versatile training tool you will ever own. We crossed a Prowler with a sled and came up with the ultimate Push and Pull Sled. This useful training tool will put your anterior and posterior chain to work; the sled can be used for pushing, pulling, and towing. It is also remarkably compact with a 24 inch by 40 inch, that means you can take it anywhere so if you can't hit the gym toss it in the trunk of your car for a functional workout at the park. With upright handles in place the unit is 24 inch by 40 inch. Due to the smaller base of the Dog Sled compared to a traditional Prowler you will get the most out of your weight plates.

CanadaX series sled
The x series sled is a hefty piece of equipment. The construction is very solid. The platform that the weight plates sit on is about a 1/4 thick as is the steel on the bottom of the runners. I don’t think you’d be able to overload the sled. It weighs in at about 100 lbs empty; so as I mentioned , it is hefty. I also purchased the plastic (UHMW) strips for the bottom. The carabiner attachment point on both sides of the sled is a nice feature if you want to attach a rope to pull the sled to train your back. It is also set up for easy installation of low push bar on either end of the sled. Overall, I am happy with this purchase and it has been a good addition to my workout equipment.
