Shipping Zones

XTC Fitness is a Canadian fitness equipment distributor based in Mississauga, Ontario. We offer North America wide shipping via a number of major carriers including: Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, TST Overland Express, UPS and more.

We also offer local deliver via our team in Mississauga, below are the specific shipping zones that qualify for XTC Fitness Direct Deliveries upon which pricing is calculated at the checkout.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Flat Rate $75 for any order within a 10km radius from our Mississauga location. All of our local deliveries are scheduled appointment deliveries and require an adult to be present to accept the contactless delivery. Local deliveries are curbside ONLY our team will not be entering homes or buildings at this time. If you have a garage that is easily accessible, our team can place goods inside the garage.

ITEMS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR LOCAL DELIVERY:

- Rubber Stall Mats/Sheets that are 4'x6' or larger

- Rubber Rolls that are larger than 4'x25'

CURBSIDE PICK UP

Curbside pickup is the fastest method of receiving goods listed as in stock. Currently we are processing curbside pickup orders within approximately 1 hour or less from the time of order. For the best shopping experience using curbside pickup, avoid combining PRE-ORDER items and STOCK items this will ensure your order is fulfillable within the 1 hour timeline specified.

Our showroom and in-store shopping experience will remain closed while we remain focused on the safety of both you and our staff while also maintaining our dedicated efforts to the fulfilment of orders and reducing lead times. ALL orders must be placed online, we do NOT accept payment over the phone or in person as orders are being handled in queue.

PICKUP PROCESS:

1. Order goods online (we suggest ONLY ordering stock items as indicated by the stock bar displayed beside each product).

2. Receive order confirmation number via email or TXT (be sure to check your junk or spam or promotions folder by searching xtcfitness if you have not received an order confirmation. Call 1-888-982-3481 for assistance).

3. Your order will be processed within approximately 1 hour or less.

4. Receive an EMAIL or TXT pickup confirmation.

5. Follow the instructions sent in the pickup confirmation message and pickup your items via contactless pickup. Expect a 5-7 minute wait when arriving for pickups at off peak hours (such as weekdays) and a 10-15 minute wait during peak hours (such as evenings & weekends).
