Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with XTC Fitness. We strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all purchases. 
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse or refund any order at our discretion.

You have within 14 business days to be eligible for a Return or Exchange with original receipt/proof of purchase.

All items must be:

  • In its new and un-used condition
  • Unaltered and damage-free
  • In its original packaging

Apparel/Clothing:
Must be returned or exchanged with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
For hygiene purposes we will not accept returns or exchanges of items that have been worn.

REFUNDS

We reserve the right to refuse, refund or cancel orders at our discretion. Once we receive your item you wish to return/exchange, we will inspect it thoroughly. If your item is approved, we will initiate the refund. Returns made in store are refunded back only to the original method of payment.
Returns made via online must be shipped back to and are refunded to the original payment method:

The buyer is responsible for return shipping, if the item was originally shipped for free, the buyer will be refunded the cost of the good less the shipping incurred by XTC Fitness Inc.

- Chalk

- Custom Made Goods

- Dumbbells, Weights, Kettlebells

- Jocks/Groin Protection

- Hats, Toques

- Rehband

- Normatec Air Compression devices and Class 1 medical devices

- Singlets

- Smelling Salts

- Special Order Items 

  • Rubber Flooring Items including tiles and rubber rolls
  • Adhesives
  • Select equipment as noted online and in-store as non-stock or special order
  • Fitness equipment PARTS
  • Fitness Cable / Custom made cable

- XTC Gear Racks and Benches as well as items that are made to order.

- On SALE Hyperice Hypervolts / Normatec Products
