Use Iron Bull band pins on any rack to add progressive resistance to your workouts.

Using a set of pins and resistance bands on your rack allows you to loop the bands at one end of the pins, and attach the other end to your barbell, creating variable resistance.

Depending on your type of rack and where you install the pins, you can add positive or negative resistance to your bar.

Iron Bulls band pins are made from 5/8" steel and have a galvanized finish to protect both your bands from friction and the pins from rust and scratches.
