Iron Bulls sandwich-type competition J-Cups protect your rack and barbell from getting damaged when racking your bar after a heavy set, thanks to the oversized UHMW plastic core.

Additionally, UHMW plates on the interior ensure there's no metal-to-metal contact between the rack and the J-Cup.

These J-shaped cups are designed to support regular 1-inch Olympic barbells to the thicker 2-inch specialty barbells, and fit on any 3x3in rack with 5/8-inch holes.

Simply slide them onto your rack and turn to lock them in place.

Protective Core

Iron Bull uses a protective UHMW plastic plate in between two pieces of steel to protect your barbell from excessive wear and tear.

Versatile

Iron Bulls J-Cups are designed to fit any regular 1-inch bar, thicker 2 inches bar, or any specialty bar. The J-Cups will fit any 3x3in uprights from Iron Bulls line of Stands or Racks.

Heavy Duty

Iron Bulls competition J-Cups were built to withstand the wear and tear of heavy lifting and are resistant to cracking, breaking or rusting thanks to Iron Bulls resistant powder coating process.
