Excellent gloves! Because of the lines at the gym, I have made my own heavy bag....essentially a cardboard cut-out taped to a cement wall!! actually way better than a heavy bag, as even when I taped them over for hardness, nothing beats a cement wall! I had been hitting the cut-out on the wall with 10 oz gloves and it was becoming a bit sore. But with my new gloves, 14 oz, and really tough and versatile, I can put my full punch into the cardboard on the wall without any soreness or hesitation. They have held up totally without any foam movement or anything, best gloves ever!!
