XTC Gear Selector Rod is 1" diameter solid steel with chrome finish and accommodates 1" thick plates with a 3/8" pin selection. The top is bored and threaded to fit 1/2" 13-Thread bolt for easy connection to cable assembly.

Available in various lengths based on number of holes, the hole count does NOT include the Top Plate. For example a 14 Hole Selector Rod requires 14 weight stack plates, and 1 Weight Stack Top Plate:
