The X-Series Forward Facing Spotter Arms are designed to work with any 3" x 3" rack system with 5/8" holes. Our unique sheet metal design is stronger than ever and lined with UHMW to protect your bar knurling. The new model has a slight angle to keep the bar in place at all times.
These spotter arms have a 6" Flat Spot for Rack Pulls/Rows and other bench press spotting. They also feature a 13.25" long extension with a slight angle to ensure a loaded barbell comes back to the flat working area.
