Decent starter to mid range bench
This is a decent low to mid range bench. Used it for 1.5 to 2 years during covid. It was definitely worth the price. I don't think that I ever use it without the leg attachment. The reason being is that when you lock in the leg attachment you can then use it, to hold you down for heavy decline and shoulder pressing. If you are going light, you might not need it. I liked that it was cheap, reasonably comfortable, between the shape of the back and seat, and padding was alright. Also it held enough weight for me around 200 lbs and pressing another 200 lbs or more. And it's light and small. It's does the job, just not %100 What I didn't like was the fact that it was never a 100% stable and the pads didn't lineup totally properly. Also also the leg attachment padding really ****** and would dig into my legs. Also doing leg curls and leg extensions on it was pretty sketchy at best and kind of hurt my knees. The mechanism to lock and unlock the leg extension really ****** on this bench. You had to undo nuts and bolts and play around with it, Anytime you wanted to lock it in or out of place. I don't think the bench is rated for the weight I was using on it, so it would probably do better for somebody who was using less weight. Overall it is pretty decent, But definitely not perfect. I would say it's a little bit better than a starter bench, And worth the money if you want something half decent. I recently upgraded to an inspire SCS bench, which is far better but has its own set of issues, and is 2 to 3 times the price.
